PURPOSE:

This team ensures that all church supplies are properly ordered and stocked. This team is also responsible for the storage room and its organization.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Our church supplies are regularly inventoried and new supplies are ordered as needed to stay fully stocked –
    • Kitchen Supplies: plastic utensils, paper plates, napkins and paper towels, cups, water
    • Cleaning Supplies: cleaners, sponges, cloths, bathroom paper goods
    • Office supplies: paper, index cards, pens and pencils, staples, paper clips, rubber bands, etc.
  • The storage room, without regular monitoring, can get over-filled leaving any earlier organization in disarray. This team is responsible for organizing and managing the storage room, and any requests for further storage access must go thru this team.
