PURPOSE:

Come to me all who are weary and carry heavy burdens and I will give you rest.

To provide comfort and encouragement to those who are home bound, hospitalized, or in an assisted care facility by regular visits.

DESCRIPTION:

The team will be called upon to provide emotional, physical and spiritual help to those in need.  This could include:

• Arranging weekly visits for reading, talking and bible study
• Following up as needed to stay in touch
• Assisting in finding other resources and assistance as needed
