Yesterday we were presented with two new situations —

1. 1. Colton’s fire marshal sent me an email determining that his research showed that churches under 300 (I think we count) or with facilities smaller than 5,000 sqft do not meet the requirements for fire sprinklers! This has been slowing us immensely in our ongoing search as most South Colton buildings were built in the 1970s, before they were required for new construction. NOW we can begin looking in earnest!
   2. Heritage Bible Church has apparently entered into a 4th negotiation attempt with the previous landlord. Won’t know until after Sunday’s church vote, but they may be coming back to the building in September. Will keep everyone updated here.
